That's the stupidest idea yet - gambling with what funds you do have to pay back a debt. Please tell us you are trolling.

To believe that gambling is a way to earn money is retarded. Why should he risk the coins he have when he knows the chance to win is against him? Sorry, if you don't drop that mindset then you will run in serious problems when you get in financial troubles. You really should think about dropping this mindset.
If someone still wants to do it then the right thing would be that he pays back the 0.4 to his victims and they can bet when they want. Him gambling with that money would be another scam on top of the old one only.
