It isn't, i'm adding a proxy and bot block now as we speak, i may alleviate the bans, but i need to stop these countries sending over 800 people in 5 minutes and draining up to 120,000 satoshi every 30 minutes. so it's easier to ban them for now, whilst i work around implementing everything else ^^
