Looks like all slots are already filled, (Participants limit is when the total rates reach 3 BTC. For example: 24 Sr./Hero Members + 2 Full Members (24x0.12 + 2x0.06 = 3) or 20 Sr./Hero Members + 10 Full Members (20x0.12 + 10x0.06 = 3).)
