Thanks.  I did buy very quiet fans...and it took some time to find ones that were quiet.  Not really an important spec for the type of environment server cabinet fans are used in.

To be honest, the fans on top are helping to cover the jagged metal where I cut the holes in the cabinet.  I did buff them a bit, but the fans covered it up nicely.
