What method did you use to verify your account ?
Maybe you give them a bad/false information
Also, Xapo email support is pretty slow to answer your support, best just to wait their support here in BTC talk
it was my first account..and provided all real information. i dont know what i miss. but i move on and stay with coins(.)ph wallet
