What you are telling me to do is check my balance. I purchased whole foods gift before and know how to use it. These codes that I got just doesn't work.

How exactly do we use this? After payment through payivy what do we receive ex. egift (card number and pin)? I understood the part were you wrote we can only check balance by phone.
