It's not a scam. I've seen a few sites similar to this but this works like primedice.
This is definitely do not work the same as PrimeDice.
If I place a bet on PrimeDice, result can be seen almost instantly after the dice is rolled. I don't need to wait 100 hours just to see the result and there is no guarantee that you will be paid, so this is confirmed to be a scam sooner or later.
