I am only getting 1 connection.Is that normal?

Do you have .conf installed in your executables with nodes added?The nodes are listed on the OP

xbcplus.conf(After wallet download please create ~~xbcplus.conf~~ bitcoinplus.conf(Open notepad, and copy/paste the nodes below, and save as xbcplus.conf. Then, if using Windows, save the the file in the "c:\users\"yourusername"\appdata\roaming\~~xbcplus~~bitcoinplus" folder. Keep in mind that this is a hidden folder by default.)

I have this done but no connection too?

apologies ..make sure the name is bitcoinplus.conf
