10 business days is unacceptably long. All major sites pay larger amounts within 24 hours, which is more than enough to verify if his win is legit.
Seems to me that FJ either does not have suffcient funds or is trying something funny.
I really detest casinos that act this way towards their customers, as if he was some theif, without actually presenting any proof.
Every other major sites got their own rules and so is fortunejack , their rules are clear that it will be send to him after 10 working days so fortunejack can check his winning. If he did nothing wrong then there is no reason to not wait for 10 days for this huge winning because in the end he will get it
10 business days means that it will be more than 10days because Sunday is holiday. Wondering, is that so long to check his winning? Cant they check his winning in shorter time, I dont think that they need those all 10days even more just to check his winning.
No offense, but its kinda annoying to the players, especially if he need his money urgently.
