Most of the jackpot (~14,000 mbtc) doesn't belong to Betcoin.  It was taken from players who were told they weren't being charged for the bbjp. This was before August 3rd, when there was no jackpot.

Betcoin has admitted they took the money and seem to think its ok to not return it the players they took it from.  

Another issue is their terms of the current jackpot do not make sense.

For example, they left out how the jackpot would be distributed (traditionally loser of hand gets x%, winner y%, z% is used to seed the next jackpot and table or room share the rest ), the fees make no sense - it just says 1, 5 or 10...1, 5 or 10 what though?

I've brought this up to them, along with plenty of other issues.

Fair warning though, they've banned (and unbanned) me 7 times, without explanation (other than one time for spamming - in reality making posts exactly like this on their forum).
