Well the best way imo is to join a sig campaign here. The second one, if you have some small sum to invest, would be minutebtc. That's an amazing site for newbies, I'd recommend that highly. But the most payed option could depend... For someone it can be sig campaigns, for someone else it may be selling some offers like web design and for someone else it may be an investment into some website or project.. so there is no 100% correct BEST way to earn, it just depends mostly of you.
