I am simply saying that you can not attain append only with voting, because there is no way to prove with a mathematical data structure when each majority vote occurred relative to a competing claim. That is precisely why only LCR solves the problem for double-spends. Once you release details, I will go into more detail on attacks. I don't want to waste my time on a vague moving target.
