Additional Notes: he ask me to use his alt account as escrow i didn't accept as its the same person after he didn't send btc back i report the transaction to paypal so he tell me he will refund me and he need 1.58$ to pay paypal fee i send it to him and stop to reply to my messages
so he is an other scammer on this forum
