Dumb question, I know...but I've got a principal who likes "answers" and I didn't know this one. 
Once the "Rewards" show up on the "Payments" log...how long does it generally take for them to actually be transmitted?

Normally the correct answer for this situation today would be ... I was asleep, I woke up, I sent any overdue payouts
They come due when the block shows "Matured" on the blocks page, which is just after it reaches +101 confirms.
The overdue ones will be sent soon.
Geez...I had to take a few minutes to stop laughing...
Yeah, I know about maturing...they're on the payments log, and this guy likes to know "answers." He's actually a really good guy, and trusts CK and Kano as much as I do, as he actually did take the time to learn about BTC first...ALL of it (the good, the bad, & the ugly). Retired military...says a lot.
