Easy, I rang the number on this page http://www.fca.org.uk/consumers/scams/report-scam and described the situation. Was advised to use the links to report. Not rocket science.

But those links direct to ActionFraud and you've written that you reported to ActionFraud and FCA. It sounded strange to me that you managed to make a complain to them about non-FCA regulated business.
