Yes i'm new to bitcoins and i have sent everything they asked of me i even sent the proofs that was sent buy the the one who was paying me the bitcoins. Joshua -- in your Xapo Wallet, on the bottom left-hand side, there is a link to "download to CSV".  this will generate a history of transactions in your Wallet, which will be emailed to you.

Could you please get the report and then share it with me?  This might be the most efficient path to a solution.
