It's really hard to stay away from gambling if you addict into it. Like me, i'm really hard to stay away from gambling. Even i promise to myself but still i come back into gambling. My advice is go hang out with your friend, it's works for me.
Learning to cope with a gambling addiction can be challenging because at one time gambling might not have been an addiction for you. Having companions such as friends, classmates or your family with you makes the situation difference.
