This was how to arrive at the solution:
1. Put the four OP codes in the order they would have in a standard transaction, this gives a txid.
2. Use the amount of btc sent in this transaction to assign a number to each dot in the grid.

At least I was on the right track lol till dots and 21387645 order. I never figured out which cipher this one is.
So xah4ooDei5cha1thohxanoon and HODL means nothing? lol I spent too much time on the former. xD
Clever puzzle, though I'd've preferred it with a hint on which cipher to use.
