It depends but most likely are wrong because most people cant self control .

We can't blame on "gamble" , the only could be blamed is your self.
Why you choose to gamble ? Why you start being greedy ? So I guess gamble is not wrong , your self that choose to do gamble and lost every time is the only problem that make gamble wrong.
