And yet no other dox but Theymos' has ever been removed (other than that lawyers').
And yet that doesn't happen. Its one thing to keep stating these rules but they're just not being enforced, unless its a staff member's dox...
I'm stating how it should be properly enforced. I don't have the power to enforce this unless the spam is coming from newbies. You would have to complain in Meta and hope for the best. However, I would like to see examples of DOX that was spammed and not removed.
