Might just be paying out small amouts to keep it running. Why would anyone use 2 servers to store btc anyways? Even if there are 5, they should all be linked for withdrawals. Just my 2 cents.
2 servers are because one server cannot serve all the wallets. It takes 100% of memory accessing time even when all bitcoin data are stored in the RAM.
Please try to create 200 000+ wallets and you will see how your Bitcoin Core dying.
