You're passing misinformation, he did not "advocate blacklisting", that was once discussed has a way to prevent the fraud and theft, after discussed it was dismissed because it could not be implemented.
I'm not sure what you've been reading these past few years, but he did. There was even a decently sized thread about it on the forums.but we are facing the crash of bitcoin price. isn't that a form of crashing?
