It worked  both clocks where the same after setting  n.i. to defaults.

ps I still don't understand why the clocks don't go to 7 ghz but at least the 980ti's are  in the p0 state

EDIT: djm how much oc on memory on your 980 gtx do you do for lyra2r2 ?
