I registered with Yobit on 2015/12/03, and deposited some BTC.
When I now try to log in to the site, I keep getting an error message that my user/mail/password do not exist. I sent a mail to support but no reply.
Could you please assist urgently.
Can I PM someone my registered email address please?

they are in panic, dont know what to do. they are thinking make sate scam and write, that site is hacked or continue working. so they are unreachable for now
