We have updated ambercoin.info recently.
You can download fresh blockchain here:

There is also an installer in that RAR archive.
All that it does - copies files into %appdata%\AmberCoin folder
If you can do it by yourself you can do it manually.
It is done for those who is not familar enough with crypto.
