You might as well tell everyone something like "The funds are currently confiscated, I have no money for the lawyer, please send a donation here...I will get everything back, I promise." You probably get another few BTC this way.
Yes, every day I entered ore-mine for my money... I was upset when I could not.
However I had some weird feelings when I saw the auto-clicker, ore-mine gambling and the snowy background. Change is always bad in this case.
