Except Sector made some kind of mistake which leads to his identity. In this case it might actually be possible to hunt him down. The history of bitcoin related ponzi scams tells me, this is unlikely. But lets say they get him, this does not imply anyone would get any money back. In a plain ponzi system, there is simply not enough money to pay back everyone.
