what about legality of hosting a gambling website? i mean is bitcoin real money or not yadahya? would there be a safer hosting service that would be less likely to take you offline...?

Noone knows for sure if Bitcoin is real money or not. U could start with free Google App Engine and move to other hosting when ur project becomes more popular.
