I'm going to try and help more people that were scammed get their money with the best of my abilities :-)
First I had to find his Skype, didn't take long. Resolved IP, traced it to an address, found some information on the guy & I told him that he had 24 hours to refund, if not;
I'd make sure he gets reported to the appropriate authorities & post his information on pastebin
