Using Tor isn't dangerous at all if you have no bad intentions using it and you won't visit or do something illegal there. Well there are tons of illegal shits there butto r itself is not illegal. You are even safe on Tor bcoz your traffic was encrypted. If your only intention is to submit an application on HumanResources , then no worries
