I didn't mean Big Vern. I have always had a good experience with Crypsy until the last year or so. The crook that stole their Bitcoin and Litecoin should spend time in prison.
This is another reason why exchanges like Shapeshift are the future.

The problem is it took them so long to announce that they were hacked after accumulating users bitcoins, litecoins and multiple cryptos then locking users accounts without notifications.

I totally agree. They should have been upfront about the problems, and they would have much more support. The reason I won't use Cryptsy in the future isn't just because of the slow withdrawals, which did affect me to some degree. It is because of they don't respect your privacy. I don't trade fiat there, so there is no reason to verify anything. If they operated like Shapeshift, they wouldn't have gotten scammed.
