Gambling so addictive if you play it hard, you need to be patient playing it and calm.
Basically every addiction thing are bad, too much playing are bad so play it naturally. It won't be addicted.
You're right but not everyone can be calm after a big loss, they start chasing their losses and end up digging a deeper hole than what they were already in. This is why funds management is most essential when gambling. You have to make a plan as to how much money you're going to gamble for in a day and stick to it, whether you lose/win.
Even if you have plan and money management techniques, still you can not prevent you from getting addicted to gambling in time being. Once get addicted your plans and techniques will collapse.
