reading your post i am sure you need gambling help.contact someone in your family or friends who can help you recover.spend more and more time with your friends and family and manage your bankroll.i am not saying to completely leave gambling but gamble accordingly to your bank roll and what you can afford to lose and at the end of the day don't get addicted.
