I don't understand your sentence. I suppose you wanted to write "the king of England" but she's a queen so I'm not even sure you wanted to say that.
And I don't see the link between your sentence and what I've said... I explained that atheists follow their own rules and goals, and that their main purpose is to be happy and loved. What's the link with the queen of England?
