FYI, you can plug in an address on blockexplorer.com to see what transactions affected that address.
E.g., you can see your transaction here:
http://blockexplorer.com/address/19mWPgy6WBA8JzKjTYe5T3mSpz92Lczk6W so you know it's been accepted by the network.
My client is on block 37454. its been there for a long time
Downloading the entire block chain could take hours. If it hasn't moved from 37454 in 10-15 minutes, I'd restart the client.
