When bitcoin is really and truly decentralized, any single individual will no longer have an effect on bitcoin. He was a core developer who lost his faith or his way or drive.

But even with his departure, the price is still way higher than it was a few years ago.

But the way things are going now, a single country (China) has been taking the majority part of bitcoin industry whether it is mining or trading. If the Chinese billionaires decide to pump up the price they can do so. There are numerous reports that China helped in pumping the price to $500 last year. So if ang bitcoin ay may malaking backer, mahirap itong pabagsakin.

Pero there's the possibility na pipiliin nila ung steady increase for now para makabili karamihan ng tao sa kanila, ung sudden growth to $500 brought bitcoin to news everywhere which means mas madami ng nakakaalam ng bitcoin ngaun as compared nung nasa $200 palang to few months ago.
