I am sure this has been asked I just didn't want to search through 60 pages or whatever.  Can you provide more detail in how the levels work?  How could I achieve the 5000 satoshi balance per 3 minute faucet. 

Another thing I would like to know is people are going to abuse this.  What happens when that starts happening will you be lowering the amount?
