Why are you making a payment? Just go to Blockchain Wallet and hit "receive". Just put the address it gives you into Breadwallet and tell it how much you want to send to your Blockchain wallet. It Breadwallet shouldn't be telling you an amount at all, unless you put an amount you want to receive in your Blockchain wallet before getting the address.
