A year ago one could recognize the cryptsy scammers by their cryptsy logo in their avatars. Unfortunately a lot of them (including spoetnik has changed their avatar).

Pff r3wt..the person with the most funniest announcement at bitcointalk ever for a coin. How many threads you needed to announce Nanotoken? And how much Nanotoken did you need to pre-mine before launch? r3wt is among many other coins the developer of Nanotoken, and guess what? despite the crap all over in the announcements Nanotoken was of course listed at cryptsy...with the help of bitjohn and big vern.
