I think its impossible to stop once you have been addicted, no mater what you do.
unless you seek for a professional help, on other words, consult a psychiatrist. kinda shameful though to consult a professional just because you are addicted into gambling
its not impossible at all, someone just need to be determined and willing to overcome addiction
