I can't predict the market short term, but if this works out like last week... We staged a very feeble recovery of 115 points on the DOW today after massive losses the rest of the week. I don't think any intelligent person wants to go long into the weekend under current conditions. I expect the markets will be down hard again. At some point it will light the fuse on these crypto currencies and put us in full blown rally mode. Could be tomorrow, could be a few months from now. But if the stock market keeps cratering, I expect we will see panic buying of crypto before long.

Well obviously I was way wrong on this one. I lost a bunch day trading oil stocks Friday. But as I said short term trends are much harder to predict.
