Hi thanks for your reply, yes im aware of the address. However i was just trying to get it working once its working i was planning on changing it to my own

I have tried;

Un pluging the miner and plugging it back in
trying different ports (usb 2 and 3)
trying a different machine
trying bgminer which give me this error

I'm not really sure what else to try

one one of my machines (windows 7)
The light on the hub port that its connected to turns off as if its disconnecting (this doesnt happen on the others)
This means i cannot even get it to show in zadig. Which is annoying as that  was the machine i actually wanted to use.

Edits its showing now on w7 and i did the zadig update drivers but still getting a privileged error with cgminer.
