Can you show proof that you've "withdrawn" that amount?

I've been using this app for many years. It's safe.
Also, make sure you post TxID, since you say it's a BTC transaction.
Here is the problem they just changed the bitcoin adress two days ago, this they do about every 2 weeks or so. I know this might sound a bit shaky but I this is positively true what I am saying. The payouts are instantly made not manually processed as well. I will dig around a bit and check adresses to be able to show you some blockchain proof.
