We decided to launch new coin on Bitcoin block halving date. (ETA 17. July 2016.)
Launch will happen when block 420000 hit Bitcoin network.

Coin swap distribution will start 2 or 3 months before coin launch,
so everyone have enough time to accumulate and stake PandaCoins
