PrimeDice isn't the "best" but it's a fairly good dice site. I really admire Primedice for their simple design and fast support. As I've been on Primedice for over an year now, my faucet accumulated quite significantly so that if I just bet my entire faucet at 5% I will earn 5mBTC. Not bad if you ask me.
