Is there any wallet available for Windows like bitcoin core or electrum 
Decred isn't launched yet. Till now the airdrop took place, and for confirmation you had to create an address but not in a wallet. The wallet will be released in the near future BTW so we have to keep our seed and address safe for future transactions
