Opening a restaurant will require you to have a big start up capital and you need to have a lot of free time to run it.It won't be easy money, for sure. Also what does this have to do with bitcoin?
maybe restaurant that accept bitcoin?, or that accept bitcoin only, which would kill the profit at the beginning but it would encourage the usage of bitcoin in real life
i think at the beginning some must take the risk when adopting bitcoin, if they want to promote its usage for the future
