As long as you report them and they are obviously hacked/cracked/stolen then it is highly likely that they are going to be removed. I remove after I see a reported thread. There isn't a fixed rule in regards to this.
However:
it is indirectly affected by this rule. Such accounts are illegal everywhere. We'll have to wait for theymos to make a statement in regards to this (there have been some in the past).
