This is a very strange situation, I'm not 100% sure that it is a scam. I think something has happened to the admin - there has been no cashouts since the 8th January but there has been no withdrawals from the wallet either.  There is still 1.18BTC sitting there. I invested 0.044BTC in Bitfactory and managed to cashout that amount before the site stopped working so I didn't lose anything. I have 0.011BTC in cashout limbo and currently my buildings have earn't me another 0.015BTC with another 0.025BTC to go before they are exhausted.

I hope that there has been a problem with the admin and he returns soon and well. But I definitely advise any new investors to steer clear until that point.
