MicroCoin is one main currency because it's low price coin and suitable pair for under 1 sat coins.
and or course because it is alcurEX official coin.

Basically MRC is not more special or unique than any altcoins are.
Well maybe one unique option is payment reference for decentralized payment verification (for webshop plugins) but it is still unpublished.
